All Jerky must be made with solid muscle meat from the hind quarter or backstrap.
Yield is about 50%, (example, 10 lbs makes approximately 5 lbs finished product).

There is a $20.00 minimum charge on all venison orders. L & M Meats does its best to ensure quality
and safety on all venison meat brought in to the shop. All orders are cared for on an individual basis.
We
reserve the right to refuse any meat that we feel will not produce quality product. Turnaround
time on our products is approximately 2 weeks or earlier. We work as hard as we can to return the
product to you as soon as possible.
